 Agreement of the general conditions of sale

By sending the confirmation of purchase order electronically, the Customer unconditionally

accepts and agrees to comply with Parlangeli Arredamenti by Marcello Sabato, owner of the ecommerce

site 'www.parlangelifurniturestore.com', the general conditions written below, declaring

to have read and accepted all the information provided. Submitting the order confirmation

therefore implies full knowledge of the conditions of sale, payment and shipping and their

complete acceptance.

Orders and payment methods

Orders are accepted only and exclusively in writing, by fax to 0832 302335 or via internet (online).

At the end of the procedure, the Customer who sends the order via internet will receive an e-mail

confirming the order number. The order will be deemed accepted at the discretion of the

Parlangeli Arredamenti by Marcello Sabato only upon payment and available goods.

Once the order has been submitted, the Customer has accepted all the conditions of sale,

payment and shipping and will receive an email containing all the information necessary for the

 

Shipment

Orders with available products are processed within 2 or 3 days after payment. For shipping, the

Parlangeli Arredamenti by Marcello Sabato relies on shipping services managed by local or

national couriers. The shipment is automatically calculated on the street level. Transportation

services to higher floors, assembly or with objective logistical difficulties could result in

recalculation of shipping costs. In case of changes, the customer can freely decide to renounce

the purchase. Any damage to the goods must immediately be reported to the courier and

transcribed on the delivery note in order to be replaced.

 

Prices

All prices entered on the site are VAT inclusive, with the exception of registered users, like

professionals with a regular VAT number. Prices can be changed at any time without notice,

without changing the orders in progress, even if still outstanding.

 

Product availability

Parlangeli Arredamenti by Marcello Sabato accepts the Customer's orders within the limits of

quantity of the requested products available in stock. Therefore, acceptance of the purchase

proposal forwarded by the Customer to Parlangeli Arredamenti by Marcello Sabato is subject to

availability of the products in stock. Parlangeli Arredamenti by Marcello Sabato undertakes to

promptly notify the Customer about any unforeseeable stock depletion due to excess demand or

other causes.

 

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of current legislation, Legislative Decree 206/05 of Italian

Consumer Code, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from

the date of delivery of the goods, sending a registered letter A/R to the address: Parlangeli

Arredamenti by Marcello Sabato, Via F. Bacile 14, 73100 Lecce (LE), Italy.

Important: the request letter must indicate the IBAN code of a bank account in order to credit the

due amount.

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:

The client expresses its desire to withdraw from the contract as described above;

The acquired good is intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts;

The product is returned within 15 days from the date of withdrawal.

The shipping costs for delivery are paid by the customer;

Bank charges due to payment methods are not subject to refund;

The refund will be made only after checking the integrity of the returned goods.

 

Billing

If the Customer wishes to receive the invoice, simply specify it in the order, indicating the firm

data and VAT number.

 

Jurisdiction

All the parties that have signed the present contract establish that for any eventual and future

controversy deriving from the present agreement, or connected to it, will be settled at the Court of

Lecce in Italy.

However, in order to view prices and access purchases it is necessary to fill in the registration
