Parlangeli regularly delivers worldwide and offers various options and services, from standard shipping to doorstep delivery and assembly.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is carried out at the roadside. It is executed by express couriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx, and delivery takes 3-5 business days. Once the shipment is on its way, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Standard shipping is free for orders over €150. Please note that standard shipping may not be free for very bulky orders or for smaller islands and remote areas.

Delivery for Bulky or Fragile Orders

For bulky orders and/or particularly fragile products that require specific installation or assembly services, the delivery is handled by specialized couriers with variable delivery times based on the volume and exact destination of the merchandise. Typically, it takes 5-15 business days from the order date, and for highly delicate products like marble tables, large mirrors, or any item requiring special care, an additional 2-3 days might be necessary as Parlangeli ensures the most appropriate customized packaging. The indicated waiting days do not include holidays and potential holidays. For products not in stock, the waiting days do not include the period from August 1st to August 31st, while for products in stock, deliveries are carried out regularly.

Delivery to the Doorstep and Packaging Retrieval

Parlangeli also offers an installation service. Additional installation service can be requested, especially for special furniture items like kitchens, wardrobes, or any other product requiring assembly. Calculating Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the size of the purchased products and the order's destination. Once an order is placed, the average availability time for each item is indicated in the product description section. To calculate the delivery time, you should add the estimated shipping days for standard or specialized courier to the average availability time. For example, a product not indicated as in stock, with an availability time of 2-3 weeks, will be in our supply chain within a maximum of 3 weeks from the order confirmation. Standard shipping times with delivery within 2 business days will be calculated from the arrival of the merchandise in the warehouse. Products purchased in the same order are usually shipped together.

Transport Damage

We deliver worldwide, following the necessary packaging and operational management operations to ensure optimal product delivery. However, damage during transport can still occur, which is why we recommend carefully inspecting the products upon receipt.

What to Do in Case One or More Products are Damaged During Transport?

Upon receiving the order, if an item is damaged, it is crucial for the buyer not only to report the damage to the courier or transporter but to do so specifically "with reservation" on the delivery note. Otherwise, damages to the products will be considered the responsibility of the buyer and will be excluded from insurance coverage. Reporting "with reservation" on the delivery note is an essential step to ensure that any damages are adequately documented and resolved. What to Do if You Accept Damaged Goods?
